As a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and those transitioning from incarceration, we understand that safe and stable housing is the cornerstone of a successful future.

Our Impact in 2024:

• Secured stable housing for 25 individuals.
• Finalized a contract with a motel to offer long-term housing to 54 people, with rooms already filling through our partnerships.
• Continued implementing a life skills program in correctional facilities, impacting 114 participants and maintaining post-release connections for ongoing support.
